2022 was the year of chaotic exciting growth, 2023 was the year of learning and 2024 and 2025 is the year of clean-up.
I (Liana) had many significant delays in 2023 that pushed into 2024 and into 2025 and with any delay, since I take pre-orders to purchase supplies and have pieces cut, if there is a delay, it delays EVERY SINGLE ORDER.
After a while I started rotating between "working styles" like batch making, single orders making and this caused orders to move around significantly. Thus how there were individuals with orders over a year old still being made.
Towards the end of 2023, due to not taking large orders, I offered art prints and stickers to help raise funds for shipping costs, especially international. One of my rather large mistakes was having a flat-rate of $12 for international orders and most ended up costing $22+.
With me already offering custom pieces at an affordable price, this was a stressful time, but no worries, I did what I had to and am still shipping orders out as I am able to.
All in all, EVERYONE remaining should have received an emails opting to continue with their order or to cancel and receive a full refund!

UPDATE: I'm terribly sorry I haven't been monitoring my emails about individuals I'm not actively working on, so should you have emailed me about a cancellation or refund, please continue to bear with me.I still am only able to put in a solid 2 days a week on my orders so they are just moving very slowly. I currently don't have dates set in stone for cancelations as I send out what I can when I can.
The list I have is in order based on their cancelation request. Partials are given to those with larger orders in the sense that should I be able to give out 3 refunds, I give 3 people, one corset at a time and then in the next batch, continue that process until the individual has received funds for all corsets.
Once I am finished and can re-open my shop, I know I can get more cancellations out via swapping order funds.Example being, selling a corset, to refund a corset. It would be fine with me since I have a job so making corsets for others is completely doable for me!
Please keep in mind that I initially priced all of my corsets to be somewhat affordable for what they are. All supplies have also already been purchased (thank goodness, RIP Joanns) and so full refunds are being funded by me. My profit per corset isn't alot and so I thank you for being as patient and kind with me as you can.
Also please keep in mind that my active orders also take finance priority so there have been weeks where I wasn't able to send out a single refund because of sending out active orders. (shipping)
All of this to say again, thank you for all of your patience. I am deeply sorry you were not able to receive the product I promise you.

Emails are backed up again due to my current email process mixing in with individuals asking for more updates. I am only able to actively see orders that I am actively looking for. When I work on an order I am in contact with that person and then I have to monitor and keep an eye out for their response.
Although it may seem difficult to understand, I still have almost a hundred people who I am waiting for their response as well.
The current ratio for me is around 10-20-70.
10% of my remaining orders have been canceled 20% of the orders I am waiting to hear from them period. 60% of orders are grooving in and our of the studios with people every so graciously waiting for their order.
All in all, things are going ok. Slower that we all want, but I am always trying to do my best.

The measurements we will need is your Chest, Waist and Hips. These are taken so that we can use our best judgement to create the perfect piece for you. Should we need any other measurement, we will reach out via email. Please enter measurements upon adding a piece to you cart under "Order Notes".

Our mission in the studio is to create pieces that are made perfect for you. Should a piece not fit as it's described, we will mail out a return label whilst creating a new piece in the corrected size. Once we receive the old piece, the new one will be shipped out to you. Refunds are not issued to this type of issue.

Prices reflect the lowest possible sale cost for each piece. We pride ourself on our work and attention to detail with somewhat affordable pieces for what the product is. All pieces are Supplies + Packaging + Shipping + Hourly rate to Cut, Construct and Package.

Please do not iron any pieces as some have "meltable" fabrics. You can however, remove the lace, lay flat on an iron with the lining facing UP, place a cloth over top and steam to remove any creasing. Storing flat can help keep creases out. Spot clean.

All sewing patterns are modified to your body measurements as well as tiled to only have your one size on the pattern. Patterns are processed and sent within 4-7 days.

Most, if not all, sewing patterns are my commissions from Fiverr. To help keep costs low for fiver clients, the requirement is for them to allow me to sale any of my patterns I make for them on my own site.
Returns & Refunds

Should you not be satisfied with your product and would like a refund, a return label will be sent to you. Once we receive the product, we will refund you 80% of the product cost. 20% of the order is kept due to shipping and packing costs.

If you made an accidental order for whatever reason, there is a 3 day cancelation window. Due to the nature of the product, once we begin construction on a specific size, its difficult to stop the process and take a new order to meet the shop quota and maintain supply inventory. Please feel free to contact the shop for more information on this should this happen to you and we can work something out.
